John Cena is easily going up against his greatest opponent in the Rock for the second time since last years WrestleMania. When he lost to the Rock that one year, it seemed like 2012 was the worst it had ever been for Cena. He seemed to lose all of the big matches he was ever placed in and it was very hard for him to recover, as one could very well imagine. As the greatest face in World Wrestling Entertainment, though, he is going to have to train and a creatine supplement may prove useful.

Cena has a lot of pressure going into WrestleMania, especially considering that he has more drive for the company than the Rock seems to. No one in the current system seems to regard the company better than he does, which is very telling. He has to win or else it seems like he has nothing to prove. It seems like ever since 2013 came around, Cena competed with a different kind of fire than he did in the past. I would like to chalk this up to the knowledge that the previous year was not that great and he wants to be able to erase that from his memory. He wants to show that he had learned from his mistakes back then and hes not going to let them weigh him down for the foreseeable future. I can only hope that the quality of his matches improve, too.

As far as a wrestling standpoint is concerned, Cenas focus has alchoices been on strength. Its apparent that he can work well in this regard, but whos to say that a creatine supplement cant help him to perform better? Against someone whos as energized as the Rock during the big matches, Cenas going to need all of the help that he can get. You have been there havent you I know I have until I found out how to get off that particular carousel. Weight loss-weight gain and then just to add insult to injury a little extra weight every time we diet... but why?

The answer is actually quite simple and at the same time frustrating, your body isnt out to get you although it can seem that way. In actual fact your body and mind are working in co-operation to protect you from potential death.

Let me explain, when you restrict your food intake as you do on a diet your body goes into something called starvation mode, the unconscious mind has no comprehension of the word diet it just knows that food is getting restricted because of a potential famine or because you are starving yourself to death for some reason so it sends a signal to the body... protect me.

In order to protect you your body now holds on to whatever fat reserves you have, and just to add insult to injury it uses any food that you take in very efficiently and converts it too fat as well.

With all this storage going on your body has to get energy from somewhere so it now starts burning muscle, and this explains why you end up with the classic gaunt face but still carrying the weight look and you feel as weak as a kitten.

Keep this behaviour up long enough and the mind will start making you crave the very things you are trying to avoid which are high calorie foods, and you will be thinking about food every second of the day.

Your unconscious mind will compel you to come off your diet and you will return to the behaviours that led to your weight gain in the first place, and if that wasnt bad enough your body will now add an extra bit of weight to protect you from further perceived famine or starvation.

If you are taking certain medications and eat grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice you may be a ticking time bomb. I read a true story that shocked and surprised me. I bet it will shock and surprise you too. Here is why this is so surprising. In this story, a retired gentleman spends his summers up north and winters in the south as many do. This is what natives call a snowbird in the east coast. Two months after coming to sunny Florida, this retiree dropped dead. Doctors believe the cause was a deadly interaction between the two to three glasses of fresh grapefruit juice he drank everyday and his medication that he took also. Drinking grapefruit juice and eating grapefruit can be deadly for people who take certain medications, according to a paper. In this particular case of the snowbird, the fatal interaction is believed to be between the grapefruit and Lipitor.

This victim had high cholesterol and other risk factors for heart disease. Because if this, doctors put him on Lipitor and he began a diet and exercise program to get better. Two weeks after going to Florida for the winter, he went to the hospital complaining of muscle pains, fatigue and fever. Thats where he went into kidney failure and passed away. Although experts know the problem exists, most people and doctors are still in the dark about the deadly risks, even though the FDA requires all prospective new drugs to be tested for interactions with grapefruit juice. A warning about grapefruit juice is included in the "food-drug interactions" that come with dozens of medications.

Since grapefruit juice is metabolized by the similar enzyme in the liver that breaks down many drugs that are ingested, it is one of the foods most likely to cause interactions with some drugs. When the system is bombarded with too much, scientists said the grapefruit juice can swamp the system. This keeps the liver from doing its complete job. It blocks it from breaking down certain drugs and other substances.

Scientists say that the most severe effects are likely with some statins. While the liver devotes its resources to the grapefruit juice, the medication can build up to dangerous levels. This causes a breakdown of the bodys muscles and even kidney failure. This eventually can lead to death.

So, the first tip of the month is: If you are taking ANY prescription medication (especially statin drugs), ask your doctor about the possible interactions with grapefruit juice. You should also read the warnings that come with your medication. I know there may be a lot of fine print, but it could be life or death.

Why do you think there is so much small print in the first place on these labels? This is because all drugs have some form of toxic side effects. That is not to say they dont save lives. They are needed in many situations. Clearly they are important. But the goal of real health should be to have kept your body working properly without drugs, or at least with as little drugs as possible.
